Your tasks

  • You manage a Key Account with the goal of increasing it's overall sales and profitability
  • Development of a Key Account Strategy, to create new business opportunities and manage their implementation
  • Meet revenue and budget goals, monitor critical KPIs on an ongoing basis and report back to the Vice President Global Sales Europe.
  • Relationship management which actively maintains and cultivates contacts
  • Negotiation of strong (global) sales contracts
  • Team-Management of 2 - 6 employees
  • Close coordination with production sites, the R&D department and our Marketing

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed an economics degree, a commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • You have gained several years of professional experience in the distribution of a manufacturing company in the B2B area
  • Your German and English skills are fluent, other foreign languages ​​are an advantage
  • You are familiar with the handling of MS Office products and BDE systems
  • You are a team player who convinces with empathy, strong communication skills and decision-making skills
  • Due to your frequent travelling (2-3 days / week) you have a well-balanced time management and organizational skills
