Your Tasks

  • As Global Safety Manager at All4Labels, you will have the responsibility to ensure that our systems, standards and methods, tools, processes and culture are continuously developed, improved and implemented in accordance with regional and global company requirements
  • You will support, drive, and deploy group safety roadmaps on an international and groupwide level and actively participate as part of the Global Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Management Team to develop and achieve our strategy and objectives
  • Developing and implementing standards, procedures, guidance and trainings to actively support the effective implementation of the Group SHEQ strategy while leading the continuous improvement of the overall safety culture is your main task
  • You provide guidance, coaching and leadership to the group and site leadership teams regarding global safety programs and initiatives and actively contribute in supporting Site Managers and Safety Managers go beyond compliance in SHEQ including the development of behaviour-based safety across all levels of the organization
  • Further you visit and audit sites and locations with regular follow-up to steer actions and progresses
  • You provide trusted support on identifying, assessing & managing Occupational Health & Safety Risks, identifying trends, control measures and initiate and participate in problem solving activities
  • Your tasks are rounded up by communicating, collaborating and providing high level of service to the operational leadership teams to get their active engagement, support, involvement, and endorsement to the safety programs and Initiatives
  • Last but not least you drive the development of the safety professionals across the group, cooperating with regional leadership to ensure a solid support network

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor's and/or master’s degree or equivalent in occupational safety or technical engineering, including a globally recognised safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH
  • Professional experience in production environment and HSE, ideally in manufacturing and/or packaging production environment
  • Strong Experience in coaching and engaging people & creating a vision is beneficial
  • You actively promote ''one-team'' spirit and collaboration across functions
  • Tenacious commitment, a high motivation-level and passion to continuous improvement are essential
  • High level of German and English, both spoken and written, any other language (e.g. Italian/ Portuguese/ Spanish) would be a differentiation
