Deine Aufgaben: 

• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von externen Beanstandungen, internen und externen Reklamationen inklusive Erstellung sowie Kommunikation relevanter Kennzahlen/Auswertungen
• Koordination der Beanstandungen und Reklamationen mit den Schnittstellen sowie Fehleranalyse und Stellungnahme gemäß PDCA an den Kunden 
• Überwachung der Durchführung und Koordination aller übertragenen Aufgaben im Sinne der DIN ISO 9001 und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
• Klärung und Freigabe von gesperrten Waren in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungs- und Kundenaudits sowie Erstellung von Managementberichten
• Problemanalyse und Problemlösung unter Zeitdruck sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des EMH
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Anweisungen, Erstellung von Erklärungen diverser Art und Schulung von Mitarbeitern sowie Vorbereitung und Moderation von FMEAs

Dein Profil:

• Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (bevorzugt mit technischem Hintergrund) oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches / betriebswissentschaftliches Studium 
• Technisches sowie organisatorisches Fachwissen, u.a. Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement / ISO 9001 sowie Erfahrungen mit GFSI-Standards (HACCP)
• Gründliche und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• PC-Kenntnisse (z.B. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Deutsch sehr gut sowie Englisch gut in Wort u. Schrift, technisches Englisch (Grundkenntnisse)
