Deine Aufgaben: 

• Abstimmung der Versandtermine mit der Fertigungsplanung
• Auswahl von geeigneten Speditionen, Paketdiensten und Kurierunternehmen hinsichtlich Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Organisation von Pack- und Hilfsstoffen für den Versand
• Erstellung von Reinigungsplänen und Überwachung der Einhaltung
• Eingaben von Sendungen ins Speditions- und Paketdienstportal
• Erstellen von Lieferscheinen, Packlisten, Prüfzertifikaten und Frachtaufträgen
• Pflege von Frachtstatistiken für den monatlichen Report
• Rechnungskontrolle der eingehenden Rechnungen der Abteilung
• Erstellung von Frachtanfragen sowie Sendungsverfolgung
• Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Exportvorgaben durch die Zollbehörden
• Erstellung von Ausfuhrbescheinigungen und Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen
• Erstellung von Barcodeetiketten, um die Chargenrückverfolgung zu gewährleisten
• Durchführung von Bestandsprüfungen, Wareneingangsprüfungen und Warenannahme

Dein Profil:

• Ausbildung als Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Logistikabläufen
• Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englischkenntnisse
• PC Kenntnisse in MS-Office und PPS
• Zielorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Selbständigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit
