Internal Audit Manager (gn)

Your tasks:

• This function is based at our headquarters in Hamburg and is vital to the management board, being directly subordinated and reporting to it
• In this role, you will carry out regular audits at the more than 50 All4Labels Group's sites globally and build up a corresponding team – the main focus area will be financial controllership and compliance
• You prepare an annual audit plan which shall be reviewed with and agreed by the board
• Internal audit site reports shall be shared with the CFO and the independent advisory board members
• A summary of the internal audit work and findings shall be presented at a minimum twice a year as well as on demand to the advisory board
• You monitor in an appropriate form whether the findings identified during the audit are remedied within the specified timeframe

• You are involved in key projects, while guarding independence and avoiding conflicts of interest

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in finance/ business administration
• At least 5 years of experience as internal auditor in multinational industrial companies and experience as team leader of an audit team
• Deep understanding of IFRS and the MS365 suite is a must
• Experience as internal auditor in a corporation or known management consultancy is a plus
• You are well versed in the area of financial controllership and compliance, all other experience is beneficiary (e.g. IT, legal, HR, health & safety)
• You enjoy interacting with various stakeholders  and describe yourself as hands-on, self-motivated, detail oriented and are able to work independently with minimal direction
• Leading a small team and working in a diverse and multicultural environment is natural to you
• You are willing to travel to conduct audits in the Groups entities
• You have excellent English and German language skills. Other languages (e.g. Portuguese, Italian, Chinese) are a plus
