Your Tasks:

• You drive the transformation of our production network

• Monitoring the performance of the production facilities is one of your tasks

• You will also be responsible for managing the development of new work processes, setting up new plants, relocating production between plants and developing new analyses to improve performance

• You will develop concepts for new improvements within the group and implement the accompanying measures

• You will work in projects and workshops on specific topics and lead employees from the areas of production, graphics and customer service as well as central functions

• Ensuring the success of the improvement by training local units through formal training, workshops and coaching is also part of your remit

• You will work closely with other group functions such as Supply Chain Management

• This role aims to prepare the owner for a leadership role in our production network

Your Profile:

• You have a successfully completed degree (Master's or comparable) in engineering or natural sciences

• You already have relevant professional experience in the field of manufacturing or similar

• You have strong interpersonal skills to convince plant supervisors and managers to develop and implement measures together

• You have experience in project management and strong analytical skills

• Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite, as well as good italian languages skills
