As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that Salesforce products align with organizational goals, meet customer needs, and deliver value. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other product owners to drive successful product development.

Your tasks:

• Operate and enhance the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement solution
• Work closely with stakeholders to define Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements
• Focus on Integration between Salesforce and a variety of ERP Systems using multiple integration methods
• Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Steer multiple suppliers in order to ensure stable Salesforce Operations and successful project delivery
• Collaborate with other product owners, developers, and application specialists
• Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable background
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement
• Strong experience in System Integration between Salesforce and ERP-Systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across intercultural teams and business stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality
• Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken and willingness to travel up to 10 percent
