Your Tasks

• Promoting the All4Labels sites regarding the respective customer-relevant quality culture and quality standards as well as supporting and managing the quality manager on site
• Monitoring the level of quality work and customer complaints at the sites by on-site audits and action control
• Regularly review compliance with global requirements and quality assurance principles
• Consolidation of the key figures of the responsible sites and monitoring of the quality level
• Management of ISO 9001 multi-site audits (Germany only)
• Supporting the sales department in general multinational customer quality meetings
• Training of the sites within the quality program, root cause analysis, problem solving, action implementation and control
• Supporting Procurement with Quality-related supplier audit
• Preparation of recommendations and specifications for the execution and evaluation of product tests

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the field of QM
• Complete knowledge incl. training for ISO 9001 / GFSI / problem solving process
• Good interpersonal and technical skills / knowledge in order to be able to hold Quality-talks and training and give instructions
• Knowledge of Quentic for all compliance audits, actions, and Quality development is beneficiary
• Fluent English language skills, other language skills (e.g. Italian, German, Portuguese) are a plus
