Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist unser technischer Ansprechpartner im Salesforce-Team
• Verantwortung des Salesforce-Supports und der technischen Administration unserer Salesforce-Plattform mit Unterstützung externer Dienstleister
• Umsetzung neuer Funktionen, z.B. durch Erstellung von Flows oder Layouts, Berechtigungsprofilen und Validierungsregeln
• Mitarbeit an Projekten und Übernahme von Teil-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce Plattform und Integration mit Dritt-Anwendungen
• Monitoring der Salesforce Nutzung und aktives Erkennen von Optimierungs- und Schulungspotenzial
• Austausch mit Key Usern und Verantwortung des Schulungskonzeptes für Salesforce-Anwender
• Erstellen und Aktualisieren technischer Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

• Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Salesforce, Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und proaktiver Arbeitsstil, „Hands-on“-Mentalität
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams
• Erfahrung mit agiler Softwareentwicklung
• Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
