Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und übernimmst die aktive Betreuung eines zugeordneten Kundenkreises
• Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört u.a. die proaktive Kontaktaufnahme zu den Kunden, die Angebotserstellung, die gesamte Auftragsbearbeitung inkl. der Terminverfolgung, die Reklamationserfassung und Bearbeitung
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Sales Managern zusammen

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann) abgeschlossen und bringst min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
• Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und beschreibst Dich als kommunikativ und kundenorientiert 
• Eine hohe Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen Dir, in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein
• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
