Deine Aufgaben:

• Du begleitest die Auftragsabwicklung vom Bestelleingang bis zur Auslieferung an den Kunden.
• Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit unseren Kunden, sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch.
• Du koordinierst die Terminkoordination und das operative Tagesgeschäft.
• Du prüfst Kundenunterlagen und überwachst offene Posten.
• Du informierst Kunden über Lagerbestände und koordinierst Korrekturprozesse.
• Du pflegst Stammdaten und archivierst Auftragsdokumente.
• Du stehst im Austausch mit dem Account Management und den beteiligten Abteilungen.

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
• Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise in der Industrie.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.
• Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und hast ein sicheres Auftreten.
• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
