Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung beim Einkauf, der Prüfung und Dokumentation von Materialien
• Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung von Bestellungen
• Assistenz bei der Kontrolle und Pflege der Materialbestände
• Mitwirkung und Erstellung von Versandpapieren, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Versands
• Pflege der Einkaufs- und Versanddatenbank
• Mitverantwortung in der Kommunikation zum Lieferanten/ zur Spedition 

Dein Profil:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
• sicheres Komminkatives Auftreten 
• Erste Erfahrungen in Bereichen wie Supply Chain, Versand oder Einkauf
• Grundkenntnisse in Materialwirtschaft und Bestandsmanagement
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Office
• Interesse an der Organisation von Versand- und Bestellprozessen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
