Deine Aufgaben:

• Technische und kalkulatorische Prüfung von Produktanfragen
• Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen und Aufbau von Booklabel-Produkten in Abstimmung mit der Grafikabteilung
• Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial-Team
• Bestellung und Verwaltung von Produktionswerkzeugen, inkl. Stanzen
• Klärung technischer Rückfragen und Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Kundenanfragen
• Dokumentation aller Auftragsparameter zur Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Drucktechnik
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsvorbereitung oder Produktion, bevorzugt in der Etiketten- oder Buchproduktion
• Hohes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen zur Auftrags- und Bestellverwaltung
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
